1. Turn off chiller at powerpoint if it is a powered unit.
2. Disconnect couplers from kegs and disconnect gas lines from coupler.
3. Open taps to release pressure in lines into a bucket.
4. Remove the couplers at the John Guest push fitting from the tube to the chiller.
5. Take fittings off couplers, engage coupler (push the handle down as though you were tapping a keg) and soak in bucket with line cleaner at the same rate advised on the line cleaner bag.
6. Plug the tube from the chiller into the washout gun on the washout bottle.
7. Follow mixing instructoions on the cleaning solution and mix up a bottle of cleaner. You should only require around 500ml per line (1l for a 2 tap chiller).
8. Push line cleaner through lines into a bucket.
9. Rinse the cleaner bottle with cold clean water.
10. Fill bottle with cold clean water and push through lines.
11. Rinse couplers and parts with clean cold water.
12. Put couplers back together.
13. Push the tube from the chiller back into the coupler. Repeat for other coupler.
14. The lines should now be clean. Reconnect the couplers to the kegs.
15. Attach gas lines to couplers.
16. Close taps.
17. Engage couplers on the kegs.
18. Pull through cocktails until no water is in the lines.
19. Turn unit back on at the power point. (Do not turn chillers on with water in the lines as they will freeze).
