Our 20L Kegs have a 12 month Best Before date from the date of manufacture. All of our cocktails will stay fresh up until this date even once tapped.

For best results the Espresso Martini should be refrigerated. The rest of the range can be stored at ambient temperatures.

Espresso Martini

Tap: We can provide a specialised tap which is required to create the crema on the top of the cocktail. We supply this with snaplok fittings to plug straight into your font.

Keg: We use a KeyKeg which requires a special coupler. We can provide you with a coupler supplied with snaplok fittings.

Gas: For the best crema our Espresso Martini should be dispensed around 3.0 bar and you can use any gas as there is a bag between the product and the outer keg separating the two.

- We can provide a starter pack with all of the above - we charge a bond and if you choose not to continue using the product, send it back and we will reimburse the bond.

Pina Colada

Tap: The Pina Colada uses the same specialised crema tap as the Espresso Martini, supplied with snaplok fittings to plug straight into your font.

Keg: These are a one way keg with an A-Type 'tooheys' coupler.

Gas: The Pina Colada can be dispensed with the same gas as your beer and at a similar pressure (2.0 bar is best to avoid carbonation issues).

Passionfruit Caprioska, Green Apple Mojito, Miami Hustle and Swedish Paloma

Tap: You can use any existing tap you use in your venue.

Keg: These are a one way keg with an A-Type 'tooheys' coupler.

Gas: These cocktails can be dispensed with the same gas as your beer and at a similar pressure (2.0 bar is best to avoid carbonation issues).

Classic Cosmo

Tap: You can use any existing tap you use in your venue.

Keg: We use a KeyKeg which requires a special coupler. We can provide you with a coupler supplied with snaplok fittings.

Gas: The keg can be dispensed using the same gas you dispense your beer with as there is a bag between the product and the outer keg separating the two. You should also be able to dispense at the same pressure you dispense your beer as long as it is less than 3.0 bar.

Our party kegs and pouches have a 6 month Best Before date from the date of manufacture. Our carbonated cocktails (Passionfruit Caprioska, Green Apple Mojito, Miami Hustle and Swedish Paloma) will keep their carbonation for approximately 7 days after the keg has been opened.

The Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Pina Colada and Classic Cosmo will stay fresh until their Best Before date.

For best results all party kegs and pouches should be refrigerated before serving and once opened.

Not at all! Our 5L party kegs come with a tap and can be served straight from the keg, and our 3L kegs and 1.5L and 5L pouches are ready to serve straight from the pack. For best results they should be refrigerated before and during service.

To achieve the best crema from our Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini and Pina Colada we provide them with a shaker. Simply pour into the shaker with a cube of ice, shake and serve.
